Our Approach
Core Lab Essentials, we can bring the lab to you or in office. We will help you understand what options are open to you. We will help you feel confident in making your decision. Physician requisition has to be authorized. No insurance, no problem we can still service you.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Our certified Phlebotomy technician will arrive at your home, business, or community organization. To provide you with the labs that are physician ordered. D.O.T. drug testing services as well. We will deliver your specimen to the laboratory that is in-network with your insurance. A confirmation email will be sent stating, that your labs have been delivered. Lab orders can be emailed, or faxed. We understand that all patients are not able to come to our brick and mortar location, so we bring our services to you.
